Indian Head Massage is a treatment routed in Ayurvedic Medicine that has been practiced in India for thousands of years.  
It is a gentle relaxation massage using oils, targeting the neck, head and face.  This treatment can be given in a seated position or on a massage table.

What do I wear for an IHM session?

• Because we use oil for this session, be sure to wear clothing that is easily laundered.  Loose clothing is recommend as we want to be able to access the shoulders and neck.
• Session length is total time spent from arrival to checkout.

Sound Therapy
This manner of therapy uses sound waves to stimulate the meridian points and energetic fields of the body encouraging the body's innate energy to heal itself.  Tools used during this session may include a variety of instruments: tuning forks, chimes, Tibetan or crystal bowls,  drums or various other instruments, healing crystals and reiki energy.
