What do I wear for an IHM session?
- Because we use oil for this session, be sure to wear clothing that is easily laundered. Loose clothing is recommend as we need to be able to access the shoulders and neck.

Tools used during this session may include a variety of instruments: tuning forks, chimes, Tibetan or crystal bowls, drums or various other instruments, healing crystals and reiki energy.
